The “SVOI” builder that lets local governments in Ukraine interact with residents. Website, chatbots, e-queue, e-petitions and other modules in one system.
The platform is owned by the EGAP Program of the East Europe Foundation. linetec is the development team: architecture, the admin panel, Viber and Telegram chatbots and the integrations between modules.

From a three-day conference on administrative service reform and the Kyiv Dialogue to the Digital Communities Forum and forums in Bukovel and Odesa. Programme, speakers, questions on screen, polls, badge-code sign-in.

Websites for the “Parliamentary Oversight in the XXI Century” conference, the Regional Digital Transformation Forum and the IVF Innovations medical congress: registration, programme, live stream, participant certificates.

2019-2022 Service chatbots
Chatbots for public service centres in several cities, an e-consultation bot between parliamentary committees and local governments, and legal-support services for vulnerable groups. All in Viber and Telegram.

A trilingual site (DE / EN / UA) for a non-profit with news, events and city pages. Headless Keystone CMS so the team manages content on its own, without developers.
